I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and an undergraduate degree in clinical/counseling psychology. I have ten years of experience working in the mental health field at a variety of settings including community mental health, partial hospital, residential treatment, and private schools; and I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained.   I work with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults.

Therapy is not a one size fits all, and therefore I take an integrative approach designed to suit the needs of the unique individual, drawing from cognitive behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused techniques to meet your needs. I also enjoy incorporating creative techniques and mindfulness into my therapy.

Anyone can find themselves in therapy at one time or another. Seeking mental health services is not a weakness or something to feel ashamed of but is, in fact, a healthy thing. I feel privileged that I can help someone when they are going through the worst times in their life, identify the root of a problem that has been plaguing them for years, and collaborate in finding solutions. I look forward to meeting you and helping you begin to take the first steps toward improving your life.

Samantha is accepting new clients at this time for videotherapy.
