Alexie Rodriguez LSW
THERAPIST

Hello, I’m Alexie, a therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan—from children and families to young adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults. While I have experience working with clients of all ages, I especially enjoy helping teenagers through young adults navigate the complexities of life transitions, career changes, relationships, and personal growth.

My areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and other common mental health concerns. My passion lies in empowering clients to better understand themselves and their struggles, and to find practical, effective solutions that align with their values and goals. Whether you’re struggling with difficult emotions, major life changes, or finding balance in your day-to-day life, I work alongside you to develop coping strategies and build resilience.

I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, meaning I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space where your unique experiences and strengths guide our work together. I integrate evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you build new skills, increase self-awareness, and enhance your ability to make lasting changes.

I understand that life can be overwhelming at times, and it’s my goal to offer guidance and support as you navigate those challenges. Together, we can identify strategies to manage stress, improve relationships, and cultivate a sense of peace and confidence as you move forward.

Let’s work together to create a plan for change that fits your life and helps you move toward the future you envision.
