After sixteen years in the healthcare profession, I shifted into a counseling career that honors the linked relationship of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. As a professional counselor I strive to meet individuals on their own life paths and walk with them towards their defined therapuetic goals. Through life challenges and transitions, therapeutic counseling provides individuals the opportunity to expand overall wellness while developing enhanced self-awareness. Honoring the distinct individualities that each person presents, I strive to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for healing and growth. Working with adults, couples, families, and children at Morning Star Counseling, we have the opportunity to develop a uniquely well-rounded counseling relationship that can be tailor made for each situation. One of the greatest gifts that counseling can offer is the ability to navigate challenges that can detour our life paths.

In December 2016 I graduated from Messiah College with a Masters of Arts and Counseling and am currently pursuing my PA Professional Counseling license. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and look forward to advancing my counseling credentials. I work with a variety of clients and scenarios with specific emphasis on depression and anxiety through a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approach. Each client presents an exciting and unique perspective to the therapeutic process and I look forward to working with you.
