I have come to learn the value of connection and hope that arises when meeting people where life finds them, struggles and joys alike. Life can bring unexpected turns and twists, leaving one with questions, wounds, and a sense of disconnection-internally and externally. Therapy offers space to sit and be met as you are, to heal, and to pursue a whole and healthy connection. I value the opportunity to be apart of this journey with a variety of clients through a variety of approaches.
I have my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. My undergraduate studies, at Messiah College, brought to life my desire to help others in their pursuit of healing and wholeness through a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Pre-Counseling. At this time, I am pursuing a license in Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania and hope to soon begin a certification with the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists as a Christian Sex Therapist.
In my free time, I can typically be found with my nose in a book or sharing a cup of coffee with friends or family.
